Prestige Property International are seeking an Administration / Personal Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will have had experience in a Real Estate Office.
Responsibilities will include supporting the Licensee with admin/personal tasks and Sales Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to the Director / Licensee.
- Providing sales admin/marketing support to the Sales Agents and staff.
- Always maintain private and confidential information.
- Comprehensive electronic diary management.
- Manage daily/weekly errands.
- Maintain office filing systems both electronic and hard copy
- Collate invoices and accounts to be paid on weekly payment days.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in an administration role.
- Experience in a real estate office is essential.
- A WA Real Estate License would be advantaous if you wish to pursue a career in Sales.
- Knowledge of programs such as, VaultRE, DocuSign, Canva, MailChimp and DropBox is advantageous.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well under deadlines and varied tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional work ethic and reliability
- Confidence, excellent phone skills and ability to build rapport.
- High integrity, strong professionalism, and excellent customer service
- Professional presentation and communication skills; written & verbal.
- Current driver’s license.
We offer a great working environment at our Victoria Park office as well as using our national serviced offices in Perth CBD and Nedlands.
Casual hourly rate will be dependent on experience.
