We are seeking a strong customer focussed Personal Assistant to work alongside two principals based on the Central Coast
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
› Support a dynamic mother daughter team across all facets of Real Estate
› Provide all necessary administrative support in the day to day running of a Real Estate business including sales, property management, strata management, commercial and residential
› Phone, email and diary management
› Liaise with clients and external suppliers
› Sales & Property Management proposals, agreements and compliance
› Create and format documents, letters and presentations
› Manage data within multiple CRM systems
› Marketing and social media management including websites
› Provide back up support to office manager when on leave
You:
› Real Estate experience essential
› Certificate of Registration required
› Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
› Strong organisational skills with excellent literacy
› Are highly organised with excellent time management skills
› Have strong customer service skills and a positive “can do” attitude
› Possess clear communication skills and present professionally
› Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
