Position:Personal Assistant
Hours: 10-15 hrs/wk initially, with potential for full-time as business expands
Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings

Role Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team, assisting with various tasks including answering calls, managing shifts, data collection, documentation, digital filing, scheduling, reminders, and light bookkeeping. Flexibility to work from home and accommodate school hours is available.
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of the executive as appropriate
- Prepare and edit correspondence
- Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the executive
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other executives
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required
- Light bookkeeping duties
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Confident computer skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the disability industry is valued
- High level of compassion and empathy
- Respectful attitude towards all clients
