Position: Sales Personal Assistant
Location: Northern Suburbs
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Sales Executive
- Manage schedules, appointments, and open for inspections.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
- Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team.
- Assist in organising sales events and meetings
- Maintain and update CRM systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
