Cooee Art Leven, established in1981, operates Australia's oldest First Nations gallery and sole specialist art auction house. We're seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide seamless secretarial and administrative support to our Director, ensuring smooth operations of our Art Gallery and Auction Departments.
Role Overview:
The Personal Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the Director across all business functions, including communications, administration, project management, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong communication skills, and excel at managing changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Director's calendars and correspondence
- Assist with special projects and travel arrangements
- Coordinate team activities for efficient workflow
- Draft correspondence and take meeting minutes
Skills and Qualifications:
