Sun, BEACH & picturesque DAYS, on offer is a permanent full timePharmacy Manager position working 38 hours per week leaving you an abundance of free time to enjoy all the beauty the GOLD COAST has to offer and live the life of a mini vacation every day. What you’ll do
As a HPS Pharmacy Manager, you will lead our team of experienced healthcare professionals to support the growth and of our Gold Cost Private Hospital site. This opportunity is perfect for a passionate individual that’s eager to gain specialized leadership exposure and open their career pathway opportunities with one of Australia’s largest private healthcare provider.
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy workflow and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote health and wellness initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in pharmaceuticals, and changes in regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration with a minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing protocols, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Analytical thinking, judgement, and the ability to develop appropriate solutions
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of coaching and developing pharmacy staff.
- Dedication to providing superior customer and client service and personalized patient care.
- Membership with an indemnity insurance provider
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders
