Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated phone-based Account Manager to join our sales team. Your core responsibility will be to contact real estate agency prospects across a defined territory and offer them a range of advertising solutions. You will work closely with the Sales Director and the broader sales function to grow our listings marketplace for property seekers across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively calling and communicating to a defined list of real estate agency prospects
Liaise with our customer care team to ensure seamless onboarding of new agency partners.
Nurturing agency relationships to maximize conversion of opportunities through a range of re-engagement strategies
Implement best practice processes that continually evolve our sales approach
Be the voice of the customer by providing insights of agency feedback
Execute on a range of defined Key Performance metrics such as activity & conversions.
Provide regular subscription reporting updates to agencies to demonstrate ROI.
To be successful
Someone with previous sales experience, ideally having worked in an account management role previously.
Understanding of real estate and the dynamics of the industry
A commercially minded individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
Friendly, approachable with great relationship management skills
Strong communication, time management & organizational skills
Motivated to meet & exceed targets
