SalaryTMJ Clinics is currently seeking casual enthusiastic experienced physiotherapists or graduate physiotherapists to join our TMJ Fellowship program. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy paid sessional work (with an existing TMJ client base) and learn while you earn. All TMJ training is provided and NO TMJ experience is required. The position provides weekly mentorship and multidisciplinary supervision.
Positions available:
The current intake has positions available at
- Norwest, NSW (Monday or Tuesday)
- Kogarah, NSW (Thursday or Friday)
- Brisbane, QLD (Tuesday)
Who we are:
The TMJ clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic treating temporomandibular joint pain and related posture, spine, and stress issues. Patients see both dentists and physiotherapists for assessment and combined therapy. The clinic has excellent outcomes because of its multidisciplinary approach.
Our goal is to help our patients through diagnosis, treatment, and education. We are a patient focused practice and have a strong support network.
The clinic is supported by full-time reception and admin teams and is part of a bigger health network.
You will need to be:
- An excellent communicator
- A confident practitioner with skills in spine, neck and posture assessment
- A kind and caring practitioner
- Able to work independently and in a team
- An interest in dry needling would be advantageous (or training will be organised)
The hours:
You would need to be available to work the days stated above based on location. The hours of work are 9am-5pm with the option to negotiate the hours/times of work.
