About the Role
As the Plan Manager, you'll improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families by ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Your role involves supporting their clients and the Plan Management team by processing provider invoices accurately and promptly, in accordance with NDIS rules and regulations.
You will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain relationships with Partners and their providers/suppliers.
- Plan Manager with some processing of invoices and reconciling.
- Supporting the wider team with enquiries and calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance best practices in Plan Management.
- Support Plan Managers with relevant information and guidance.
- Escalate issues promptly when necessary.
- Serve as a resource for Partners navigating the NDIS.
- Collect and document feedback on service quality from Partners.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS policies and procedures.
- Understand and interpret NDIS plans.
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks, projects, and courses as needed.
- Follow workplace policies and procedures consistently.
Requirements
- NDIS and Customer Service experience
- Experience and/or knowledge of the lived experience of people with a disability and the NDIS
- Strong attention to detail and experience working in administration roles
- Ability to understand the NDIS price guide and provide timely advice and enter accurate invoice data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
