Reporting to the Director of Finance & Logistics, this role will be responsible for:
- Leadership and development of the planning team, ensuring achievement of results and customer service.
- Management of the S&OP process.
- Management of Working Capital, Delivery Performance, and AirFreight, following company policies.
- Management of slow-moving stock.
- Management of product master data - keep our product data base update. (active codes, right measures, expiration dates, service class, supplier, new products, etc.)
- Implement a Customer Centricity culture in the department.
- Clear and effective communication between departments, acting as the main point of contact between operations and sales.
- Identify market segment and customer requirements together with sales and balance them with the supply chain.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and innovative practices for department processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in Planning/Logistics.
- Strong S&OP experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent at communication.
