Key Responsibilities

- Quoting: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Efficiency Analysis: Analyze billable hours, job quality checks, and customer feedback reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction and Nurturing: Foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth by prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Pricing Updates and Supplier Management: Oversee pricing updates and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Operations Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for team members, ensuring smooth transitions.

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including stock and tools, and oversee materials ordering to support operational needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in an operations management role
Qualifications and Experience
- Plumbing Contractors License
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
