Podiatry On Central, located in the lovely Perth Hills, Kalamunda, require a podiatry/medical receptionist to join our team on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
This is an important front desk role representing the practice and needs someone who has exceptional customer service skills and a friendly nature.
Your role includes:
- General reception duties
- Welcoming visitors to our clinic
- Answering phones and responding to email queries
- Booking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Patient billing and payment processing through HICAPS/EFTPOS
- Liaising with medical centres, Medicare, DVA and other third parties as required
- Sterilisation of podiatry equipment
- Maintaining a clean and calm reception area
Requirements:
- Be able to work independently and as a team
- Have a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of GP Management Plans and the Team Care Arrangement Program (EPCs)
- Preferable experience in Cliniko practice management software
- Preferable reception experience in an allied health clinic
- Proficient with MYOB
The position is currently for Monday's 8.30am-5pm, Tuesday's 8.30am-3pm and Wednesday's 8.30am-5pm. Possibility the position could be shared between more than one person. You will be working along side current receptionist for Thursdays and Fridays. We would also desire you to have some flexibility to cover leave of other team members when required. Position available to start 3rd June 2024 with training provided prior.
