12 month appointment pool
We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 12 months from the first appointment.
Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, casual, permanent or fixed-term contract basis with possible further term and and/or permanency.
Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise. Candidates may also be considered for similar positions within South Metropolitan TAFE as they arise during the life of the pool. If the appointment pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement the pool through further advertising.

About the role
Providing support for the Portfolio Manager in the area of office administration tasks related to the portfolio:

  • Provides a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Contributes to the efficient and effective delivery of portfolio administrative services
  • Provides clerical support to Portfolio Manager
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word & Outlook) to an intermediate level and have strong communication skills, organisational skills with a desire to be an effective member of the team.
