Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Monitoring incoming emails
- Collecting, sorting, and sending mail
- Filing and scanning documents
- Maintaining client database
- Invoicing and debt collection
- Processing tax assessments and ATO forms
- Lodging Annual ASIC Company Statements
- Performing ad hoc duties as required
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Xero Practice Manager and Microsoft Office
- Experience with CAS 360 or similar ASIC software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
