We're actively seeking a motivated Practice Manager to join our boutique practice, Neira Psychology. We provide therapeutic services for adolescents and adults in a lovely warm and welcoming environment in Fremantle.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective day to day running of the practice. You will be focused on maintaining the high level of care and professionalism that our clients and referrers have always experienced from our practice. You will work closely with the practice director to continue to identify areas we can improve on to ensure we provide the highest level of service and care for our clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Greet our clients in a professional, warm, friendly, and helpful manner
• General reception and administration duties
• Appointment scheduling for multiple clinicians in Halaxy software
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes and systems
• General clinic duties and property maintenance coordination
• Providing admin support to our clinical team and managers
• Management of new referrals and waitlist
• Any other duties as may be required
Essential criteria:
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to make sound day-to-day decisions with accountability and transparency
• Ability to contribute to development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new software systems quickly
• Strong work ethic, mature approach, flexible, adaptable, and reliable
• Ability to calmly multi-task and prioritise, whilst ensuring high attention to detail and excellent time management
• Works well in a team and independently
• Ethical and professional presentation
Desirable criteria:
• Experience in Psychology/Allied Health Practice as a Practice Manager.
• Industry knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, Private health and other funding bodies
• Knowledge of Halaxy, client management system
• Knowledge of Myob, account management system

The successful applicant will need to be available a minimum of 4 days per week for 30-33 hours (5 days are also available). You will need to be available to start work at 7.45am at least 2 days per week. A working with children check and police clearance is required.
