The Cat Clinic Hobart is on the hunt for an engaging manager who will support and grow our close-knit team. We are a small business with a big heart and vision for the future! Can you help us to reach our full potential?
You may be the person we are looking for if you:
- Enjoy managing a broad team and advocating for their needs
- Have outstanding communication skills and a working knowledge of Apple Mac/Google workspaces
- Are empathetic and insightful to the niche challenges presented to veterinary clinics
- Love multi-tasking and setting goals (and achieving them!)
- Have experience with staff training and development
- Are able to ‘ride the rollercoaster’ of HR through celebrating individual wins and having courageous conversations to effect positive change
- Are reliable and self-driven with strong leadership qualities and a friendly, ‘can-do’ attitude
Although experience within the veterinary industry is desirable, it is not essential to this role. Adaptability, a love of learning and a passion to lead your team forward are non-negotiables however!
