You will be working with a team of 10 receptionists, have a 2IC, 5 nursing staff and 18 doctors. The role is Monday to Friday and the medical centre operates 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Providing supervision and support to administrative staff.
- Establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes.
- Managing financial tasks, including billing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Implementing initiatives to improve the quality of patient care.
- Handling human resources activities, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals to optimize practice efficiency and enhance patient outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, combined with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration. Previous experience in a managerial position within a medical practice or healthcare setting is essential and experience of working with Best Practice will be highly regarded.
