We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager Veterinary Nurse with an interest in acupuncture, and Herbal Medicine to join our esteemed veterinary clinic in East Brisbane. As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice, providing exceptional care and support to our furry patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
🐶 Oversee day-to-day operations, opening six mornings a week to cater to the needs of our beloved pets. 🐱 Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and patients. 🐾 Lead a compassionate and skilled team of veterinary professionals, fostering a positive work environment. 🏥 Maintain and organize medical records and equipment to the highest standards. 📞 Liaise with clients, addressing their concerns and providing outstanding customer service. 📊 Assist in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control.
Requirements:
🩺 Certified veterinary nurse with hands-on experience in a clinical setting. 🌟 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 🧠 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🐕 A deep love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
