We offer a range of services including psychology, physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, and more, all under one roof.
The Role:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic management, including administrative operations, staff management, financial performance, and patient experience. You will work closely with our allied health practitioners to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and lead clinic staff, including allied health practitioners and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards specific to your practice.
- Monitor and analyse clinic performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Act as a liaison between clinic staff, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or practice setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in clinic management software (we are using PracSuite) and Microsoft Office suite.
