The Role:
An exciting part time opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join The Northern Division of Mental - NAMHS Health Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC).
This role is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the service, support the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the overall operations of Northern Area Mental Health Service. This position will be based at 2 - 4 Pleasant view drive, Preston.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills
- Concise written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate confidently in matters relating to Health Information to a wide range of stakeholders
- Relevant clerical experience and administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to use data bases such as iPM & CMI
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Able to work in a busy environment and under pressure
- Ability to engage with people diverse backgrounds, including consumers, families/carers, staff and external stakeholders
