Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain HR governance processes, overseeing establishment management, recruitment, reporting, and case management.
- Drive significant workforce projects and strategies to enhance regional capability, aligning with best practices in workforce management.
- Provide expert strategic advice to the Regional Leadership Team on workforce planning and organisational development, emphasising skill and capability development.
- Lead learning and development initiatives, managing operational and leadership programs.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, focusing on resolution within relevant regulations and policies.
- Mentor HR Advisors and regional managers, while preparing high-quality documentation for the Regional Leadership Team on confidential workforce management issues.
