About the role
The Principal Portfolio Analyst (AS7) is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) located in our Brisbane CBD office. The key function of the role is to provide specialised skills in portfolio analysis, dashboard reporting, and process improvements that will optimise the delivery of capital and infrastructure projects and support the whole-of-business strategic alignment.
As part of a small collaborative team, you will be responsible for delivering the portfolio reporting, engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, while driving the EPMO's performance forum to ensure that all activities are focused towards achieving the desired portfolio outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive analysis and reporting on the portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing investment portfolio, program and project reporting to present insights to relevant governance forums and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring portfolio progress and performance, regularly updating stakeholders on the status of the broader portfolio achievements.
- Understanding the critical role that a Portfolio Analyst plays in the successful delivery of projects, aligning strategic investments with objectives and benefits.

REMUNERATION: This is a 12-month, fulltime position, based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $139,943 plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
