Project Officer —ORMS Programs and Services will oversee the procurement and implementation of the re-designed male reintegration service model.
This will require extensive work with key internal and external stakeholders, including preferred outsourced service providers to support project and service delivery outcomes. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisation skills, problem solving abilities and have a genuine desire to develop solutions that improve the rehabilitation outcomes for prisoners while ensuring they align to QCS' strategic reform agenda.
The role belongs within the Offender Rehabilitation and Management Services (ORMS) Project Delivery unit.

The Principal Project Officer — ORMS Programs and Services, will help shape the future Men's Reintegration Renewal and will oversee the procurement and implementation of the re-designed male reintegration program model.
The role will support the Project Manager with activities focused on the procurement and implementation of male reintegration services. This will require the establishment of effective governance controls to ensure appropriate attention to planning, monitoring and reporting on key activities and milestones. You will also be required to undertake liaison, consultation, discussion and negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders to support project and service delivery outcomes.
You will work closely with the Community Corrections and Specialist Operations Program Management Office (CCSO PMO) to ensure the delivery and enhances the quality of the QCS reform agenda. Success in this role will also draw on your strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities and have a genuine desire to develop solutions that improve the rehabilitation outcomes for prisoners while ensuring they align to QCS' strategic reform agenda.
