About the Role
Full Time - Fixed Term until 01/05/2025 (multiple positions)
The Process Analyst plays a pivotal role in implementing transformative changes within the transport disruption information processes and systems related to real-time, disruptions and spatial mapping data. You will work closely with both internal teams and transport operators to identify, document, and evaluate the current and future state of business processes and workflows for disruptions management.
This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and cross functional teams to develop recommendations for process improvements and to ensure that future state workflows are effectively applied using existing and new systems. You will create comprehensive documents to articulate updated processes, ensuring clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
Additionally, you will implement and monitor key performance indicators to systematically measure the effectiveness of the change management program and ensure continuous improvement. You will facilitate knowledge transfer through comprehensive training sessions, ensuring that the team is well equipped to leverage the process improvements as part of their day-to-day operations.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
Process analysis & improvement - Evaluated and refined existing transport disruption information processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of the operational landscape and identified areas of improvement. Devised and implemented effective strategies, leveraging data analytics and systems to optimise and streamline disruption information processes for the department and transport operators.
• Documenation of data workflows - Created comprehensive documentation outlining updated processes, ensuring clear communication and understanding among team members and stakeholders. Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate data process improvements seamlessly into existing systems and workflows. • Documentation & Performance Metrics - Defined and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs), systematically measuring the effectiveness of data transformation initiatives and reporting outcomes.
Knowledge Transfer & Training - Conducted comprehensive training sessions for team members and stakeholders, ensuring a widespread understanding and successful adoption of the updated data transformation processes.
Provided Ongoing Support - Offered continuous support to stakeholders and public transport operators, addressing issues promptly and refining processes based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Promoted and supported safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or
Experience relevant to the capabilities of the role
Desirable • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline • PROSCI Change Management certification or similar certification
