The Procurement Officer will undertake multiple jobs at once across their large customer base, varied platforms, diverse supplier locations and 30,000+ product items. It will require you to be organised, efficient and process driven. Managing the supplier and customer relationships with open and frequent communication, you will respond to RFQs, obtain current pricing and manage the logistics, freight and lead times of multiple suppliers for each order, as well as scheduling repairs with the in-house workshop. Attention to detail is paramount as you calculate foreign exchange rates and you check product codes against technical drawings.

Your ability to provide quality outcomes in a busy, fast paced environment requiring you to switch seamlessly from job to job will be tested as will your willingness to run with your own operation and be self-sufficient, but you’ll have an existing team to support you when times get interesting.
