                 Product Manager – Knee Portfolio

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be self-motivated, passionate and responsible for delivering effective product management to support achievement of our organisational goals. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Quality, Regulatory, Planning, Finance, Sales, Pricing & Tenders, Operations, Compliance, and Professional & Commercial Education departments on a range of projects, incl. new product launches. You will collaborate with marketing and leadership colleagues to design, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Responsibilities: 

  • Product & portfolio management of ATTUNE knee. 
  • Design and implement product and procedure specific marketing strategy and tactics to support the knee portfolio. 
  • Manage dynamic forecast for Product portfolio with review of sales trends and market issues. 
  • Develop internal processes to ensure relevant marketing strategies and technical product support meets the sales teams needs. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to execute key activities aligned with the Knee and VELYS strategies
  • Customer facing with extensive communication across a diverse number of stakeholders.
  • Develop pricing and contracting strategy for product portfolio. 
  • Contribute to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards.

To be successful, you will bring an in-depth knowledge of the Australian Orthopedic market, ideally either in a marketing or sales capacity. Critical to your success will be your strategic focus, commercial acumen and team approach. 

You will also demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated extensive Orthopaedics experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience in a Sales, Marketing or a Business Development role (Preferred).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Business / Science / Healthcare / Engineering (Preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, impact and influence.
  • Customer centric focus, both internally and externally.
  • A track record of delivering results and objectives.
  • Ability to build and influence relationships and collaborative partnerships, and project manage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
