Position: Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Xuno Support (Level 1, 2, 3):
- Provide expert support for the Xuno platform at various levels, ensuring users receive timely and effective assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with the technical support team.
- Management of Cross-Functional Teams:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration among team members from different departments.
- Foster a positive and innovative team culture that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Graphics, File Editing, Licenses:
- Oversee graphics, file editing, and licensing processes, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance product features related to graphics and file editing.
- Leadership of Product Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market trends.
- Lead the team in achieving product milestones and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Deep Product and Domain Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Xuno platform and the education domain.
- Act as the go-to person for product-related queries, providing insights and guidance to internal teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment of objectives.
- Business Analyst - Translating Conversation into Requirements:
- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding between business stakeholders and the development team.
- UI Design, Liaise with Designer, UI/UX Design:
- Work closely with designers to create UI design mockups that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate on the development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Critical Account Manager:
- Serve as a critical account manager for key locations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and addressing account-specific needs.
- Develop strategies to expand product adoption and usage in designated areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar product management role.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Xuno or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and business analysis.
