Product Owner opportunity will see you create market leading digital experiences for our business and institutional customers.Reporting to the Crew Lead, you will lead and drive the delivery of new initiatives and broader CommBiz roadmap. You will develop new and enhance existing customer experiences, drive continuous improvement and risk initiatives ensuring.This Squad is responsible for the design, development and implementation of change to the CommBiz platform, supporting our Business and Institutional Banking customers and achieving business goals by allowing supporting the transactional banking activity for these customers. CommBiz is embarking on a significant modernisation journey and will be creating a best-in-class digital experience that delights users with the most relevant features and capabilities that simplifies their banking tasks for these businesses.On any given week you will
- Partner with business stakeholders (Product, business bankers from all segments, branch, risk, marketing, analytics and UX) to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business and translate this for the team.
- Simplify complex business problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams.
- Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations.
- Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap.
- Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
- Manage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.

- Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product Owner
- Proven technical delivery experience.
- Influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance.
- Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on the end user experience.
- Highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
- A risk management mindset
