About the role
The Production Administrator has an integral role within the company and is responsible for setting up production jobs through invoicing and updating the production schedule.
The Production Administrator reports to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to manage …
- End-to-end production/job card maintenance
- Invoicing jobs on completion
- Maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining accurate inventory control
- Raise Purchase Orders as required
- Liaise with Cash Customers about payments before despatch
- Provide departmental support for internal and external customers and dealers where required.
- General office duties as required.
- Adhoc duties as required.
About you
You must have
- Be self-motivated and highly organized
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team and to operate well unsupervised
- Be trustworthy and responsible
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have good knowledge of MS Office
- Prior use of MYOB Advanced ( Not Essential)
- Current Australian Driver's license
