We are seeking a Production Administrator with a strong background in Agricultural and Industrial products to join our team on a full time basis at our Toowoomba Facility.
Gessner is a leading Australian based agricultural and industrial design and manufacturing company, with a reputation for delivering the highest quality services in the specialist fields of agricultural and heavy industrial equipment for domestic and international markets.
About the Role:
This role is suitable for someone that can bring a can-do attitude each and every day and follow and implement the process with a keen eye for detail with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in a similar position.
Daily Duties would include:
- Processing production work orders
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management within our industry-specific software
- Finalizing work orders
- Invoicing
- Collection and review of production cost data
- Purchase Order Processing

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Sound computer skills and efficient use of Microsoft Suite
- Sound data entry skills
