We’re looking for a Trainee - Production Administrator to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Gladstone, Australia.
The trainee will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration, providing on the job training in combination with our third-party training organisation.

Your role within our team
The Trainee – Production Administrator, role includes reception duties, assist with processing orders, document processing, filing, answering phone and any other stores related duties. You will be providing direct assistance to the Senior Production Administrator and helping other members of the team as required.
This position is ideal for a junior person with career aspiration in Production Administration. The ideal person would consider themselves to be a team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented person who enjoys a diverse role and willingness to learn.
Previous experience with MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint is highly desirable. On the job training will be provided for any other Software systems utilised.
This position is Full-time, office hours are between 7.00am to 4.00pm, however these times are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage.
Primary responsibilities
The Trainee – Production Administrator will assist with the following tasks:
- Coordination of major shutdown activities, including but not limited to personnel logistics, arranging hire equipment and cost tracking.
- Raise internal/external purchase orders.
- Process sales enquiries on the system.
- Monitor the progress of sales orders and follow up with suppliers as required.
- Generate and issue invoices archive job files - on the system and hard copy.
- Maintain internal filing and job tracking systems.
- Update internal documents using Microsoft Software.
- Record meeting minutes and produce progress reports against the project plan.
