The Opportunity
Stockman Products are known for developing and manufacturing trusted Camping solutions including the worlds first POD Trailer range and more recently the new Stockman Rover. Reporting to the Director, you will be managing and influencing the production team. You will schedule and deliver outcomes in line with delivery dates, as well as assess workflows to improve efficiency gains.
We are seeking a proactive person who can monitor production performance, implement strategies to improve production capabilities. You will assist in ensuring your team are compliant with all health and safety requirements.
As a core member of our team, you will also be responsible for day to day purchasing and upkeeping the Bill of Materials.

Job requirements:
- Leading, managing and positively influencing the Production Team, with regular team meetings.
- Working in conjunction with the sales manager, you will be scheduling and delivering outcomes in line with delivery dates.
- Assessing workflows and implementing strategies for improved efficiency gains or quality improvements.
- Taking responsibility for overseeing quality control.
- Ensuring compliance to health and safety regulations and processes.
- Purchasing - using MYOB by using our existing Bill of Materials and suppliers lists.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the BOM when required.
