Address The Opportunity
As a Production Officer at Holcim, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of concrete to our customers. You will contribute to the timely and safe transportation of concrete from our plants to construction sites. This role requires a keen attention to safety, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records and paperwork
Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
Stock management and coordination of deliveries
Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products
About You
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
A strong commitment to safety and responsible practices.
Experience operating a front end loader / forklift desirable
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
