Production Supervisors – ROSEBERY Laundry We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Morning and Afternoon shift Production Supervisors to join our team located at ROSEBERY. This supervisory role oversees the Production Team and is focused on ensuring that production is maximised to meet Customer demands. Morning shift - Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm Flexibility to cover Saturday shift overtime Afternoon shift - Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Plus some overtime on occasions to 8:00pm Flexibility to cover Saturday shift overtime This is an exciting opportunity to join a Multi-national company working with large & versatile teams. The Role: Ensure all new staff receive the appropriate induction which includes introduction to Health and Safety at the plant, the Quality Management System in the Plant and general employee orientation information, Supervise and coordinate the Production areas and the above Sections of the Laundry operation. Ensure operating procedures are followed and where necessary recommend changes. To liaise and assist with other sections of the Laundry service to ensure customer needs are met. Ensure appropriate rostering of employees that meets agreed staffing levels. Achieve agreed productivity outcomes. Encourage the culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the role. Understand and follow Policies and Quality Management System operating procedures. Other projects as directed by the Operations Manager. To be successful in this role you will: Exercise excellent customer service techniques such as effective communications and problem solving. Strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines and set targets.
