How the role works from a day to day perspective
As an online role, you can perform this role from any private location in Australia, not just the one advertised on Seek.
You will work very closely with the Team Leader of your virtual hub, and the 14 therapists within the hub, to achieve the targets of the hub. While this is a Work from home role, it is a Monday - Friday, 9-5pm role and requires someone who is proactive in solving problems and can multitask. We’re looking for hardworking, responsible and responsive Practice Managers to join us.

Our Practice Managers work in virtual hubs, and work very closely with the Hub Clinical Team Leader to achieve the goals of the hub.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative role within a health or disability setting
- High quality and efficient interpersonal, written and telephone communication skills - this role is the front line contact point for our clients
- Thorough, accurate and up-to-date record keeping
- Independent time and workload management with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- To undertake this role you will need to obtain a Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS worker check
Tasks & responsibilities
- Creates and monitors appointment bookings, billable hours and other targets and works closely with the Hub Clinical Team Leader to achieve these
- Completes smooth induction of clients to the organisation
- Manages clinician-client inquiries and problem solves with them
- Ensures client records are complete and an electronic record of all relevant documents is maintained
- Maintain efficient communication systems including monitoring and managing the phone lines and liaising via email to clients
- Liaises with the Hub Clinical Team Leader regarding client load and makes allocations for clinicians under the Hub Clinical Team Leader or Clinical Services Manager’s direction
