We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated ProgramCoordinator to assist in the successful development andimplementation of our Braking the Cycle program at our FortitudeValley location. Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentorprogram designed to support learner drivers without access to asupervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours.The aim of the program is to provide young people with increasedemployment opportunities and driver education.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible forbuilding effective networks and developing partnerships withcommunity organisations to ensure the continuity of the BTC programand to improve youth development. The role also supports the YouthClub Manager in daily operational management of the Club andprovides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevantcommunity organisations.
About You
- Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of practice
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social and community programs
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers
- Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes
- Hold a current driver’s licence
