A snapshot of a typical week:
- Analyze and apply the activities being performed with respect to engineering and construction accounting methodology and company practices
- Supervise the required tasks and follow established written procedures and techniques to accomplish activities
- Participate in the Commercial Alignment Process and preparation of the Integrated Framework Checklist for the Project Business Plan and Project Integrated Framework Alignment meetings
- Set-up and review the project structure in ERM application
- Supervise the support, lead, and client invoicing
- Supervise the cost, hours, and billing reconciliation, project close-out, project margin analysis reporting, cash management, and audit support
- Supervise the labor, expense, and expat monitoring and reporting
- Analyze and report forex impacts on Project financials
- Provide functional guidance regularly to technicians and less-experienced analysts
About You:
- Proven experience to communicate with all levels within the organization and client teams
- Ability to supervise, lead and advise workshare teams
- Demonstrated advanced MS Office skills
- Demonstrated ability as a power user of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) applications
- Understanding of the Prime Contract commercial terms
- Understand various Tax implications on the project with regards to international project setup and execution
- Understand project margin analysis and provide inputs to management reporting on a regular basis
