Form of workOur growing Communications company is seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will help to ensure that our Projects team runs smoothly and efficiently by providing project related support across the organisation.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and excellent people skills. The role would suit an organised person who can work autonomously and professionally while being committed to supporting the team to achieve its goals.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Provide project planning & support to the NSW and QLD Project Management team whilst maintaining strict confidentially on all Company information
- Attend Project sites to scope the works and obtain quotes from approved vendors
- Answering and directing calls for the team, meeting and greeting clients
- Assisting the project team with submission documentation, and invoicing to the client when required
- Respond to phone, email, and face to face queries from clients, suppliers & staff
- Maintaining client portals with up-to-date records and project information
- Coordinate and submit employee timesheets to Payroll when required
- Assist with ensuring that the HSEQ management system is maintained, and all outstanding items are actioned in a timely manner
- General Data entry, scanning and filing and various ad hoc duties to support the organisation
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
· Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise/multitask and meet tight deadlines
· Can work effectively within a team
· Previous experience in a Project Administrator is essential
