The Role and Responsibilities
With an emphasis on project-based work, the team are looking for an Administration Assistant who wants to roll up their sleeves and jump straight into varied and interesting tasks that are critical to the delivery of their projects.
Reporting to the Education Development Manager and working alongside an awesome team you’ll be guided and given the opportunity to work on a range of interesting administrative tasks which include:
- Scheduling and coordinating team meetings to support multiple projects
- Setting agendas, preparing minutes for the project team, recording, and tracking meeting outcomes
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and correspondence
- Communicate with the team and key stakeholders, providing project status updates
- Data management, recording and entering data
- Other administrative duties to support the project team, as required
Skills and Experience
This a perfect role for an administrative professional who has experience providing a broad range of administrative and project management support services. A knowledge of health and education would be highly regarded. A high level of computer literacy, proficiency in with MSOffice, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be key. But it will be your proactive and collaborative work style that will set you apart.
