Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for O&M design and construction input for specific work packages to ensure long term operation, asset management and maintenance activities can be achieved in accordance with best practice and in line with O&M objectives.

  Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team

  Manage the smooth operation of projects and cases including filing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents

  Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions

  Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
