PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Provide high quality, effective and efficient project administration support to Power and Water Corporation’s Transformation Program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The “WHAT” to be delivered
Functional
1. Provide an efficient, effective, confidential administrative and secretarial service to the Transformation Team including supporting
procurement, contract management, arranging meetings, workshops, developing reports and agendas, minute preparation and
booking facilities as required.
2. Maintain Transformation Project records through the PWC records management system and Intranet, including quality control of
documentation and communication.
3. Proactively maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery of the Transformation Program.
4. Provide project and contract administration support to the Transformation Program and executive administration support to the
General Manager Transformation and senior leadership team.
5. Book travel for the Transformation team including attaining quotes and approvals through correct procedures and developing
itineraries.
6. Provide support with on boarding of staff, including attaining building access, gathering correct documentation, organising
workstations and performing safety inductions.
7. Contribute to the management of the resource and program scheduling activities.
