About the Role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedProject Administratorto join our team based in Berrimah, NT.

Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside Project Managers, assisting them with project documentation and correspondence with clients
- Invoicing of project claims and service works
- Tracking/monitoring of retentions, when applicable to the contract
- Project tracking and financial reporting
- Project mobilisation - staff, fleet, induction processes
- Procurement of HOTO Documents
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met & maintained
- Ensuring compliance with site safety and training requirements
- Maintain site registers
Essential Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role within the construction/trades & services industry
- Accounts Receivable experience and/or relevant qualification favourable
- HSE experience advantageous
- Construction Induction (White Card) or willing to obtain
- Experience with SimPRO or similar project management software
- Time-management skills, confidentiality and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite is a must
- Experience with Adobe and/or PDF X-Change Editor
- Be a team player and enjoy working in a friendly team environment
- Be enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
