We have an opportunity available in our Energy division for a Payroll Project Administrator. This position is a full time permanent role based in our Victoria Park Headquarters.
Project Admin - Payroll
- Provide high quality administrative support to the team through coordinating payroll, invoicing, timesheets, and monthly claims.
- Ensure each project is set-up in an efficient manner using forms, registers, reports and databases and where possible implementing new processes to improve efficiencies.
- Assist in the production of the weekly payroll for various projects by collecting, entering, cost coding and auditing payroll data and preparing it for submission.
- Ensure established procedures are followed accurately and carefully.
- Respond to requests from customers, suppliers, divisional services and the project team with high value.
- Coordinating payroll, invoicing, rostering, and training administration
- Provide Support to the Payroll Administration Lead
- Provide a high level of support to internal and external customers
- Generation and updating of reports
- Dealing with Payroll queries and Leave Requests.
- Possible Travel to onshore Oil and Gas facility

What you will bring
- Resources experience is desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries
- Project Administration experience
- Timesheet entry/Payroll experience
- Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation
- The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
