The opportunity

Join our growing team that takes pride in supporting complex large-scale acquisition and sustainment programs for Defence (ADF).
In the role of project admin support, your tasks will be varied and interesting and offer opportunity for learning and skill expansion as well!
Make your mark by improving trackers, reports and tools across a variety of functional areas such as engineering, logistics, finance, Foreign Military Sales, maintenance etc. including:

• Incoming information, task, query management and tracking.
• Implementing and managing the web portal, internet pages, SharePoint/collaboration sites, dashboards, etc.
• Contract administration support - contract performance tracking, CCP drafting and drafting of other relevant documents.
• Provide support to logistics tasks and projects.
• Coordinating and attending meetings, reporting and general administration including minute taking.
• Other tasks may include researching, analysing or reviewing information to achieve outcomes.

About you

• Current or recent experience in a similar role within a complex Defence project environment.
• Ability to hold and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance. Please note, only Australian Citizens are eligible to hold such a clearance.
• Possess an eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement of processes/workflows and procedures.
• Be proactive and be able to make independent decisions within your area of responsiblity.
• Be able to work on-site, 5 days per week in Penrith.
