Form of workNES Fircroft is partnered with a global engineering business based in Melbourne. They are seeking an Administrator with a strong background in either mining, oil and gas, power, energy or major construction projects to join their team on site on the Mornington Peninsula.
This a long term opportunity with responsibilities as follows:
• Creating and processing purchase orders
• Receipting and processing invoices for timely payment
• Onboarding suppliers
• Submitting expenses
• Adhoc tasks
Other key duties frequent/continual contact with internal stakeholders at executive level. You will perform administrative activities including composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. You should demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications.
Experience required: at least 2 years of experience working as an administrator on high profile projects across either the mining, commercial or civil construction, rail and/or energy/power sectors.
