Role Snap Shot
Taylors are looking for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic Land Surveying team.
The Project Administrator undertakes a variety of tasks to assist the General Manager, Operations Manager and project managers within the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outcomes associated with the permit and certification processes. There may be more than one Project Administrator supporting the team at one time. Objectives include: -
- To assist in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative functions within the Urban Development Survey & Subdivision team;
- To assist in improving project delivery timeframes;
- To ensure all systems are maintained to Taylors standards.
How You Will Contribute
- Prepare documentation relating to operational deliverables, under direction from management;
- Update, monitor and report on Fee Proposal Register as per company standards;
- Create accurate and comprehensive project files upon client engagement;
- Undertake various site research tasks, including title searches;
- Liaise with Council, consultants, referral authorities and other involved parties to obtain relevant project information;
- Provide operational support and general administration duties.
Our Ideal Person!
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Advanced / Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook;
- Solid administration and executive / team support background;
- High level written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage time effectively to plan, prioritise and produce accurate work to meet deadlines;
