This Federal government department is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Administrator to support a multi-year transformation program. You will be responsible for organising program activities, providing administrative support, and coordinating various project tasks including quality controls, tools, templates and other activities as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Project, PMO or Program Coordination role
- Previous experience working on large complex projects or in a program office
- An awareness of program/project management methodologies and processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High proficient technology user (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, project and task management tools, MS Teams)
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered
