About the Role
The Role is a Newly Created position and requires someone who can wear multiple hats, has great stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Providing high level administration support to Project Managers & their teams
- Project admin support with proposals and tenders including collating and coordinating
- Creating budgets and invoices to ensure the project plan is on track
- Compile documents such as contracts and tenders
- Maintain the project system to ensure accuracy
- Provide administration support to the office
- Agenda’s and meetings minutes

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within Project Administration
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Forward thinker and great problem solver
- High attention to detail
- People person with exceptional follow up
- Able to work with tight deadlines & a busy environment
