About this role
We are seeking a well-organized and self-motivated administration all-rounder. The successful applicant must be prepared to become involved in a variety of tasks such as;
• Assist Project Team with general administration requirements;
• Logistics and scheduling.
• Quoting small works
• Assisting with tendering.
• Preparing project documents
• Reporting based on the needs of clients
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with monthly OHS reporting requirements
• General Administration duties, including answering phones and data entry
• Labour scheduling
• Accounts payable/receivable and general accounts related duties
• Procurement
• Experience with Invoicing & Progress Claims
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and grow with the business. You will ideally have previous accounts administrative experience, with high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding and respect of deadlines
• Experience in the Steel Fabrication Industry in an administration capacity is preferable but not a must;
• "Can do" attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills
• Intermediate Computer skills, Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of the following systems is desirable but not a must;
• Demonstrated ability to work Effectively within a Team with minimal supervision
• Experience in Project administration desirable but not a must
