The role
The Project Administrator is a key role within the Project Management Team and is responsible for ensuring that project milestones are met, updating plans and spreadsheets, co-ordinating, updating and tracking daily, weekly and monthly activities, generating project reports, tracking expenditure against budget and liaising with key stakeholders.
Selection Criteria
Ideally you will be a highly experienced in project administration and have excellent, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills. You will require experience in project planning, tracking budgets and expenditure and preparing documents for the senior leadership team. Your experience in an engineering, maritime or logistics industry or similar together with your excellent verbal and written skills will see you succeed.
